Olivia

Look at this sweet little girl, isn't she cute? Wearing beautiful handmade dress and bonnet smiling all the time :). I met little Olivia in nearby park for our session and from the moment I saw her till she walked away with her mum, she did not stop smiling. She is such a happy little princess. I am looking forward to our next meeting :)

Playing with flowers...

As soon as I met Amber, I knew I will be rewarded with happy smiles. She is such a happy child. We played with flowers and had a lots of fun. She is just so sweet and it was really great privilege to work with her. I think we have here a future successful model :).

Here are some of my favourite pictures, but it was really difficult to pick :).

Isabel

Blowing fairy dust with Isabel in our local park. She is such a pretty little lady and I love her hair. The rain was holding there waiting for us to finish and it was quite cold, but Isabel put on her brave face and played her part. Hope to see you soon again Isabel :)

Challenge: shallow DOF

This month Clickin Moms Challenge was shallow dept of field. Now, if you are not a photographer yourself, it won't tell you much. So let me explain. Depth of field refers to the range of distance that appears acceptably sharp. A photographer needs to decide how much of the subject need to be sharp BEFORE he presses the button. It does not matter if it is an animal, person or product. It is about the vision the photographer has in mind.

Most of the time I like to photograph with shallow depth of field unless the environment where the subject is is important to the story. It helps separate the subject from the background and from the clutter. It is fantastic way of concentrating on expression and detail.

All of these images have one thing in common and that is shallow dept of field :).

See how Heidi got on with this project and just follow the circle :).
